Do all plans include every API feature?+
Yes. Face detection, 1:N recognition, 1:1 verification, face analytics (age, gender, expression), passive liveness, and active liveness are included on every plan, including the free tier. Plans differ only in monthly request volume, face database size, and rate limits.
How does the free tier work?+
The Basic plan is free for 30 days and includes 100 API calls per month and up to 100 registered face IDs. No credit card is required to start — just register and copy your API key from the dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?+
Quotas are hard limits: requests beyond your monthly allowance receive a quota-exceeded response until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. You can monitor usage in real time from the dashboard.
How do payments work and can I cancel anytime?+
Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal subscription. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We never see or store your card details.
Is a self-hosted or on-premise option available?+
Yes. For organizations with data residency or compliance requirements, the ARSA Face SDK can be deployed on your own infrastructure. Contact hello@arsa.technology for on-premise licensing.
